If you already hold the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (Internal Quality Assurance), this assessment pack allows you to complete the final unit required to achieve Lead IQA status.
This is a standalone assessment-only option, ideal for experienced IQAs who are already working in a Lead IQA role and are ready to formalise their skills.

What will I need to do?
You will complete a series of practical tasks based on your current role, including:
Producing an IQA work plan
Allocating responsibilities within your team
Monitoring quality and providing feedback (including a recorded observation)
Reviewing and amending work plans and communicating changes
All work must be based on real evidence from your workplace.
Important information
This pack starts at Product 4. This is because it is a bolt-on unit to the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice
You must already hold the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice to complete this unit
You will be assessed at Level 4, so your work should demonstrate leadership, decision-making and professional judgement
You will need to submit a video observation of you carrying out Lead IQA activity
